Geneva Trip 2014

On the 21st February sixteen year 10 and year 11 students flew out to Geneva for four days to visit CERN, the home of particle physics research and the world famous Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

They experienced a unique opportunity of a guided tour around the site to see up close the large scale experiments carried out there including two particle accelerators. Also on the trip, students had a guided tour around the United Nations, visited two museums and visited the famous water fountain on Lake Geneva.
